CW Global Business Consulting?s objective is to hire a dynamic, accomplished and successful senior consulting specialist to lead business development and client engagements, primarily on the West Coast.? The individual will be expected to help build, direct and coach the team in developing project approaches, formulating client strategies, and delivering projects against practice goals. The individual should also be an industry thought leader and a subject matter expert across major relevant terrains.

The role is to lead one of the consulting practices within Global Business Consulting and provide real estate strategy services to sophisticated corporate and other occupiers. Developing credibility with brokers, client account directors and other professionals in the organization, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and exercising wise judgment in developing and managing Global Business Consulting talent will be early challenges of this position.?
?Responsibilities include:

- Generating revenue by using strong knowledge of office platform solutions to lead team business development efforts for this competence.
- Organizing resources to effectively compete for, win, and service new business opportunities. ?
- Implementing strategies to increase revenues and profitability by cross selling service lines to existing and new local, national and global accounts. ?
- Assessing, mentoring and developing current staff to develop their skills, ensure retention and assure the most effective use of staff for projects.?
- Working with team members to develop creative strategic and analytical frameworks for projects, as well as helping them identify and resolve analytical challenges.
- Managing the success of strategic client relationships and engagements.
- Using speaking engagements, articles/white papers, and education events to increase industry awareness, grow the practice, and be a ?champion? for the consulting business.

The Ideal Candidate is an industry thought leader in corporate real estate office platform solutions with a recognized specialty in workplace strategy, office occupancy strategy, or some other relevant corporate real estate strategy competence.? S/he will have at least 12 years experience in a consulting role and solid experience in his/her primary area of strategic competence. Proven experience in developing new business is a must.? Strong leadership and presentation skills are needed. Experience partnering with commercial real estate brokers is a strong plus.? The candidate must have superior economic, financial and quantitative problem solving skills as well as a record of developing client relationships and mentoring teams.? Knowledge of MS Office is a must.? Experience with GIS systems, Claritas and Logic Tools is a plus.? Experience with a well-regarded consulting practice is highly preferred.? The candidate must have a relevant Masters degree.????
